Hey there!  I'm Matthew.

I came to yoga knowing that I really needed it. I was an obsessive perfectionist who wanted to use yoga to de-stress while also finding my physical edge. Yoga taught me how to shut off my brain and lean into my inner strength.


The key? One word: FLOW.
