The yoga we'll do is for all levels, and options will be given to "level-up" or "level-down". Matthew's classes are often vigorous and sweaty, and you're always welcome to slow down, rest, and take modifications. That said, In order to take full advantage, we recommend having some experience in vinyasa yoga before you arrive.
In order to accommodate all of our guest, the afternoon practice will be split into two parts, the first being more challenging and the second being more slow and quiet. You are welcome to come to either or both of those sessions.
